দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
General Information:
i). Contractors who are registered on the e-GP web portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the Tender Document.
ii). Contractors who are qualified as per PPR-2008 and its amendments and any other government rules applicable.
iii). The work may be dropped, quantity may be increased/ decreased. No claim for cancellation or extra rate for increased/ decreased quantity will be entertained.
iv). Payment will be made only subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment due to delay of payment will be entertained.
Financial Qualifications:
i). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 03 years.
ii). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology (i.e. River/ khal/ canal/ embankment/ earthen road), Spur, Groyne, Revetment, Regulator, Rubber dam, Sluice, Siphon, Aqueduct, Bridge, Culvert) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 Lac.
iii). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 80.00 Lac over the last 03 years.
iv). The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 Lac.
