দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Before submitting the tender pls read the following instruction carefully:
1. Instalation TW it is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased propotionately according to depth of the well and quoted boaring rate should be reasonable otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non responsive.
2. in case of Line of Credit Certificate as a Liquid Asset certificate, the certificate must be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7, attached in Particular Specifications section of this e Tender documents) ,without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
3. Please read the Special Condition of Contract (attached in attached in Particular Specifications section of this e Tender documents)
4.Tenderer must not have a record of poor performance, such as abandoning the works, not properly completing contracts, inordinate delays, or financial failure as stated in ITT.
5.Tenderers shall upload a list of On-going Contracts and Current Commitments ( format attached in Particular Specifications section of this e Tender documents) under all PEs organization
6. For TW If the contractor fail to drop filter at least +/- 10% of ESTIMATED DEPTH below no payment will be paid .
7. Warranty / Defect liability period is 24 months
8. Any other condition in Work order .
