প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified. All Qualifications are as perTDS.
1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences {such at work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates forconstruction turnover, } of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC canevaluated the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the infromation provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficient infromation in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Evaluatin sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.
6. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
7. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be consideredas non-responsive.
8. All Tenderers are requested to submit their manufacturing Authorization Certificate with technical specification on DG and HIP
grade reflective sheeting, country of origin Japan/ USA or equivalent for ensuring the quality of product
