* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৮,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫৬,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: 1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality, Power of attorney (In case of JVCA) & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract. 2) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel.
(B) Special Instruction: 1) In case of working certificate/ Perfermance certificate/ Payment certificate, name of works, planned commencement date and planned completion date and also actual completion date should be mention/ write down on the certificates. It is better to submit the certificate guided by CPTU (uploaded in Section-8). 2) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order. 3) Work order will be issued after obtaining budget allocation & prior approval from the competent authority of BWDB. 4) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained. 5) Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2008. 6) If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated. 7) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. 8) Letter of Commitment for Bank Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form PW2a-3 (uploaded in Section-8). Otherwise tender will be non-responsive. 9) The tenderer has arrange the land for execution of works by his/her own cost.
