All e-GP registered potential tenderers who are able to fulfill the requirements stated in the Tender.
Note:
a) Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online RHD database system-TDMS & TCiS ( Tender and Contract Information System).
b) Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (owned, leased or rented), personnel list etc. of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS & TCiS.
c) A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS may be considered as ineligible.
