প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.All the tenderers must be registered with CPTU through e-GP Portal.
2.All individuals/ firms of Bangladesh who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) .
Special Instruction:
1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased depending on the project period and available fund as well. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
2. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
3. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.
4. Liquid asset (credit commitment) certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format from BWDB/CPTU as attached in section 7 (General Specification).
5.Payment will be made after getting fund.
