প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Reputed Govt. approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five)years of general experience in Construction works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) no. of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk 12.00 (Twelve) Lac only in a single work order.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five)years amounting of Tk 30.00 (Thirty) Lac only
D) The minimum amount of liquid asset/ works capital/credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lac only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work. Minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format of Form CPTU STD PW2a-3.Failing to submit in PW 2a-3 will make the tender non-responsive. Document submitted in the form along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
E) The Minimum Tender Capacity is Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) Lac
F) Valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
G) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10(Ten)percent above or below from official cost estimate for the works,the tender will be rejected.
H) No JVCA is allowed in this tender & other conditions is as per TDS
