* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Sub-station and other electrical works.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 90.00 ( Ninety ) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (Criteria of work certificate authentication is described in special terms and conditions of STD) of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 200.00 (Two hundred) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 130.00 ( one hundred and thirty ) Lakh from scheduled bank of Bangldesh in standard tender document format.
D) Up-to date Trade License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .
E) Up-to date ABC class contractor and Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board.
F) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-8 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
G) According to PPR-2008 and ITT, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than Ten percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tenderer will be rejected
