প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Civil contractor with 1st/2nd class license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3(three) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e.Civil Construction work /Civil maintanance work order value of minimum Tk 1.0 (one ) lac under maximum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 3 (three) years
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3.0 (three) lac in the best 1 (one) year over the last 3 (three) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.5 (one point five) lac.
6) The work shall have to be completed by 30 (thirty) days .
