প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.
The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in RCC construction works of at 1(one) number contract of 3-storied building with 4-storied foundation successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 450.00 (four hundred fifty) lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 500.00 (five hundred) lac over the last 5 (five) financial years or best 5(five) years in the last 10 (ten) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 150.00 (one hundred fifty) lac.
The minimum tender capacity shall be 500.00 (five hundred) lac. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as PW3-5B format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal. In case of JV, agreement between leading and other partners shall be required.
Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and ABC license, Supervisor license, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
