(a) The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have a minimum of two (2) years of overall experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
(b) The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have successfully completed the supply of similar goods of minimum Tk. Twenty Three Lac (23,00,000/-) under maximum two contracts in the last two (2) years.
(c) The Tenderer should have valid and updated trade license, should be financially solvent, income tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of EGCB procurement Policy 2015.
