প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All e-GP registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tenders provided may fulfilled the criteria in respect of legal, technical & financial are describe in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) of tender document.
2. The tenderer shall have all legal documents such as Valid Trade License, Valid TIN Certificate, VAT Registration
Certificate and Bank Solvency Documents, etc.
3. The Tenderer should fulfill all other eligibility criteria which are stated in Tender Document.
4. The Tenderer/s will visit and examine the site with his/their own responsibility & expense and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a “contract” for the execution or performance of the works.
5. After accomplishing the tender opening process. If TEC disable to download the important documents of the tender/s which consequently affects the tender evaluation process or creates ambiguity; then, TEC may treat the said tender/s as non-responsive.
6.The tenderer will not be eligible for those state or countries which have not business/diplomatic relation with
Bangladesh.
7. The tenderer shall have building construction works experience and financial solvency as per Tender Document.
8. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason.
