প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP System, who fulfills the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
Note:
a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
b. The Rules, Regulation & Acts (including all amendments) of "The Public procurement Regulation 2008" must be applied on contractors.
c. Any type of apathy/negligence/delay of execution of work will cost the winning bidder a penalty of minimum 3 years debars in respective zone.
d. Similar experience (Construction of faecal sludge/Solid waste managment plant ) is must.
e. All other information is in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
f. Test of materials must be perform under BUET/RUET/DUET/Equivalent institution and test of water samples must be perform from Zonal Laboratory of DPHE. Tenderer Should bear all cost of Tests.
g. If the quoted rate fo any item or total quoted amount is abnormal or unbalance or non-compatible to the prevailing market price tender may rejected.
h. Drawing/Design of plant may be changed and amount of works may be increased/Decreased.
i. Construction work must be completed within 6 (Six) Month of contract and contractor will operate & maintain the plant for 12 (Twelve) Month.
j. Project Engineer must have similar working experience as per TDS
k. In case of tender capacity, tenderer must submit the information regarding works in hand at per Form-B which is to be uploaded with tender document, Fales information/information hide regarding works in hand may causes the rejection of tender.
l. Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason.
