* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all who have the eligibility as mentioned below :
(A) Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of general experience in the supply of electro-mechanical Goods and related services.
(B) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Sub-Station and Generator) of atleast 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lac of Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Organization in Bangladesh. The above experience/work completion certificate in a prescribed form (attached with TDS) shall have to be submitted as follows: (i) in case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. (ii) in case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. (iii) in case of the work done under Private Organization the certifying authority shall be owner/client/user and the same shall have to be authinticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of installation.
(C)The minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) ie. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 85.00 (Eighty Five) Lac only. Adequacy of this substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PG3-8), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders (original copy only).
(D)The Tenderer must have up to date ABC License, income tax clearance certificate with TIN, BIN Registration Certificate from the NBR, Valid Trade License.
