প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderers, who are enlisted with e-GP system portal, can submit the tender through online.
They shall have:
a) Valid Trade license, up-to-date TIN Certificate and VAT Certificate.
b) The Tenderers shall have Experience of similar nature of work i,e toll booth with Monitoring building or building work having contract amount of Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) lac in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years.
 c) The Tenderers shall have average annual construction turnover greater than Tk. 133.00 (One Hundred Thirty Three) lac over the last 05 (five) years. (The Annual Construction Turnover shall be counted by payment Certificate).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 50.00 (Fifty ) lac.
 e) The Tenderers  shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 95.00 (Ninety five) lac
f) The Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected as per ITT Clause 30.3
