* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২১২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬৩৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building/construction works.
ii)Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar (Construction Road, Drain, Walk way, Sewer Line etc.) Works of Tk 16.50 Crore in a single tender during last five years.The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii) Minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.25.50 Crore Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.12.75 Crore supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) Having minimum Tender capacity amounting Tk.18.75 Crore
vi)All papers shall have to be uptodate according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.
vii)All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers (attached with the tender) is to be attested by any 1st class gazetted officer.
viii) The tender security shall only be in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a sheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
ix) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate ,that tender willbe non-responsive.
x) Tenderer must have upto date ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electric licensing board.
