প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Update TIN Certificate.
2.Update Bank Solvency.
3.Up-To-Date Vat Registration Certificate.
4.Valid Trade License.
5.Having experience in successfully completion of Civil works worth not less than Tk 45,00,000.00 (Fourty Five Lakh)  in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
6.A Commitment Latter Must Be Submitted To Start Work At Any Time As Per The Demand Of AFCCL Authorities.
7.Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated cost shall be rejected.
8.In case of tie for the evaluated price, the lowest evaluated tenderer shall be selected based on past performance mentioned. So all tenderers are requested     to submit the all related documents.
9.No JVCA is allowed.
10.Reputed Government approved First Class contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Civil works.
11.If any bidder submits fake documents along with the tender, then necessary action will be taken as per PPR Act.
12.All Others Required Qualification Terms & Condition As Per TDS
