3. Upto Date INCOME TAX Clearance Certificate
4. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover per year Tk. 750 lac , during last 5 (five) years . Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities Tk. lac, 125 Lac of the tenderer shall be. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
6. Up-to date ABC category Original money receipt must be enclosed with the tender.contractor and supervisory license from electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
7.Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 05 years of general experience in construction works at least Tk 300 lac, contract(s) As per .
8. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk, 375 lac
9. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated cost shall be rejected.
