* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Copy of NID card
c. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU),Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
d. Only payment certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg. Annual Turnover.
e. Copy of Work Completion Certificate must be attached for work experiance.
f. Tenderes must have a 05 (Five) Years of similar experience of Supply of Laboratory Equipment in Government organization/ Autonomous body as Importer/ Distributer/ Supplier
g. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 100.00 Lakhs
h. If the Tenderer does not Manufacture or Produce the goods it offer to supply must submit Manufacture's Authorization Letter (Form e-PG3-5).
