* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৬২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a)Tenderer shall have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Civil Construction works .
b)Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of Construction works including Civil, Sanitary,Electrification works worth not less than Tk.150.00(One Hundred Fifty) Lac in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Org. of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
c)The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk 200.00(Two Hundred) Lac.Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.Payment Certificate is necessary to calculate the annual construction turnover.Please be aware for submitting work certificate and payment certificate.No duplication would be entretained regarding work certificate and payment certificates.
d)The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets)/Credit facilities, working capital Tk 84.00 (Eighty Four) Lac only.
(e)The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be enclosed. In case of the work done other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
f)The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.170.00 (One Hundred Seventy) Lac.
g)The tenderder must have updated VAT, Income TAX, Trade License, ABC category Electrical license & supervisory license.
h) All other conditions as specified in (Section-2 & Section-4) TDS must be fulfilled.
i)If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive
