* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all e-GP system registered eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(1) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction/Re-construction works.
(2) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number Similar nature of Building construction/Re-Construction work Tk. 35.00 Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
(3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) financial years of Tk.165.00 Lac Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 38.00 Lac in the prescribed form (PW2A).
(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 37.00 Lac.
(6) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(7) The tenderer must process :
           (a) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
           (b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
           (c) Up-to-date trade license.
