* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Valid Trade Licence,VAT,  e-TIN certificate and return submission certificate.
2. Documentary evidence for the minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 5 years in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation.
3. Documentary evidence for the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods like sanitary or consumable items of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 500000 in any government / Semigovernment/ Autonomous organisation.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the  Tenderer shall be Tk 600000.
