1. Any / All tenderers who have registration in Government e-Gp system may participate in the tender provided they fulfil the criteria as stated in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. The Tenderer shall be evaluated based on the latest revision of PPA-2006 & PPR-2008. If the quoted price varies by more than 10.00% (above/less) of the official estimated price then the tender will be rejected. Tenderer must upload Rate Analysis supporting the quoted amount, if the Total quoted Amount is more than 5% above/less than the approved official estimated price.
3. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS/TCiS.
4. A Tenderer not having sufficent information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. The Tenderer will have to establish required Laboratory Facilities at the respective work site at his own arrangement with proper equipment and manpower..
6.The tenderer have to ensure by certification that the listed Manpower & Equipment will be used only for this particular package.
