1.Tenderer must have minimum liquid Assets Tk 3.00 lac which should be the from of Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)"
2. Satisfying the other criteria laid down in TDS, PCC & ITT.
3. Minimum Performance Security will be 5% -10%  of the total contract price.
4. Tender must submit the similar work of Tk.3.75 Lac. ( R.C.C Road work).
5. Tenderer must submite i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income Tex certificate iii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) NID card. v) EED license.
 The Tenderer not more than 02(two) work in this mentionel notice.
The tenderer before failur any works not completed schedul time & those who contractor do the less quality Construction works.
A contractor may not receive more then two works in this notice.
Tenderer must submit the authorization letter own firm pad properly(Mention tender ID, Work name seperately).
