* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License (Supplier)
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Copy of NID card
c. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Project Director, Further Development of Patuakhali Science and Technology University(2nd Phase) project, PSTU, Dumki, Patuakhali from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
d. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least two contracts successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 22.50 Lakhs. Average annual Supplying turnover shall be greater than Tk 72 Lakhs over the last 5 years and payment certificate will be considered for calculation of Avg. Annual Turnover. The minimum Tender capacity shall be tk. 45.00 Lakhs.
f. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 Lakhs.
g. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR 127(1,2,3).
h. Books replica must not be accepted. Original printed copy of books will have to be delivered, before delivery of the books sample copy will have to be approved by the committee.
