* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of RCC Frame structure works including Civil, Sanitary & Electrical works of Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk. 125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Five) Lacs only in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lacs. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 (Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lacs. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose Tender & contract form, Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
e) Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 140.00 (One Hundred and Forty) Lacs.
f) Must have Up-to-Date ABC and Electrical supervisory Licences, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade licence.
g) The Tenderer must abide by the instructions and guidelines of 'On-site Environmental and Social Screening, Risk Mitigation and Monitoring Plan of Small Infrastructure' attached in the Tender Document (Section 8).
h) Bidder must submit letter of acceptance of the World Bank Anti-Corruption Guidelines and Sanction Framework duly signed attached in Tender Document (Section 8).
i) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section-2 & section-4 to tender Document.
