প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Detailed Technical Specifications of every items will have to be mentioned as per PE’s given specifications range is mandatory in the specification box.
2. Brand Name,Model No,Country of Manufacturer and Place of Origin of items will have to be mentioned.
3. Color Printed Original Catalogs with pictures prepared by the manufacturer have to be submitted.
4. Product’s web links must require if the items are imported from other countries.
5. Manufacturer authorization letter from original manufacturer to the tenderer or distributor have to submit for the product’s witch is/are required by the PE.
6. If tenderer supply machineries from local manufacturer/local distributor then the tenderer have to submit the following documents in favor of the manufacturer like (a) factory location with address (b) Valid Trade License (c) TIN Certificate (d) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (e) Vat registration certificate Up to date
7. Tenderer have to submited Credit Limit, Bank Statement and Bank solvency Certificate issued within February 16, 2022 to March 08, 2022.
8. Experience Certificate form any Organization on similar type of supply of the value of the at least Tk. 17,72,000/-[Seventeen Lacs and Seventy Two thousands] in a single work order.
9. Tenderer have to submited Minimum 5 (Five) years over all working experience in e-GP system and 3 (Three) years working experience on similar type of supply with good records.
10. And other eligibilities will be as per TDS.
