2. If any type of Structures/Obstracles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design & Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost & arrangement. No Extra claim will be entertaintd in this regard.
3. Quantity of works may be extremely increased or decreased.
4. Design may also be changed or modified (if required).
5. The bidder will have to pay all kinds of test at his own cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
6. Delivery of supplied goods will be taken at any location of the Polder No 1 &3
