* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,০০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৬,০০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Tablet, Smartphone, Laptop, Computer, TV, Monitor & related electronic office equipment) of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 400.00 (Four Hundred) crore.
3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity shall be 24,00,000 (Twenty four lakh) units of similar products per year
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 500 (Five hundred) Crore
5. Tender also must submit the following documents with the tender submission:
a) Manufacturer authorization letter. If the tenderer is not the manufacturer of the product for which he/she is submitting tender, then he/she must submit manufacturer authorization letter from the manufacturer to sell their products in Bangladesh
b) Valid Trade license (2020-21) of the bidder
c) Company Profile (If the tenderer is a company)
d) National ID of authorized Person
e) Manufacturer’s ISO Certificate 9001:2015 or Latest
f) Catalogue of the Product
g) Audit Report of last three (03) Years
h) Income tax clearance certificate (2019-20 or latest) of the bidder
i) VAT registration certificate of the bidder
j) TIN certificate of the bidder
k) Declaration certificate/letter of undertaken in its letter head pad mentioning actual time required (at most 45 days) for supplying 4 lac tabs from the date of contract signing
l) The offered Tablets must have FCC/CE Certification
m) The contract completion certificates of specific experience should be duly signed by the head of the procuring organization
n) Other necessary documents as mentioned in the TDS&a
