প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Must submit the updated valid Tax, VAT, TIN, Trade Licenses.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 90,00,000.00 (Ninety Lac).
4.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lac).
5. Tender security will be prepared from the bank registered with e-GP system in favor of the "Further Development of Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology" either in the form of a bank draft or pay order or Bank Guarantee.
