(b) VAT registration certificate with TIN number and update income tax clearance certificate (c) Tenderer having experience single work order of supplier with 5.00(Five) Lakh (d) Other required eligibility and condition of the tenderers as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet of Tender Documents.(i)Minimum annual average turnover in the last 3 years preceding the date of submission of Tender is not less than TK.05.00(Five) Lakh.(ii)Valid an up to date Trade License. All these supporting papers should be attested by an officer not below the rank of executive engineer or equivalent with their name, address and the Telephone number.
