Tenderer Having following Qualification Criteria will be eligibile
a) A satisfactory completion of Construction of Steel Framed Warehouse/ Godown at least Tk 50,00,000/- [Fifty Lakh] under 1 (one) of contract over a period of 5 (five) years , under any Government/ Semi-government / Autonomous Organization
b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,20,00,000 (one Crore Twenty Lakh Taka) over the last 5 (Five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60,00,000/- (Sixty Lakh Taka) only.
