e)It will be follow the instruction of PM Office as well as CPTU Clarification on Procurement incase of one tenderer getting more than One Package in same IFT notice and Poor Perforemance in Implementation of Work in hand or hand over during last Five (05) years .Letter Memo - 37.07.0000.017.19.430.15.2802 Date:17/08/2021
f)According to letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377;Dated:30/08/2018 & Memo No:03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated:03/10/2019 from Office of the Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No:21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date:10/10/2019; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason , will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
g)According to the Letter Memo No: OAM/439/EED/POST GRADUATE/1666; Dated;24/12/2019 from Office of The Chief Engineer of Education Engineering Department, the tenderer who has not start his/her work/works within 7 days from signing Contract or Agreement; or 28 days stop work/works without any acceptable reason or schedule stipulated time has passed away but his/her work/works not yet completed, he/she will not be eligible for this tender notice
