* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯০০,০০০ ~ ২,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer/Manufacturer shall have a minimum of two (2) years of overall experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed supply of similar goods (Spare Parts of N2/H2/CO2 cylinder or Supply of N2/H2/CO2 gas in a cylinder or Testing of N2/H2/CO2 cylinder) of minimum Tk. 3,00,000.00/- (Three Lacs) under a single contract in the last three (3) years.
c) The Tenderer/Manufacturer should have valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
d) The Tenderer shall have to update the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Taka 2,00,000/- (Two lacs). Issue date of Bank certificate/ balance sheet regarding liquid asset must be in three months before the tender closing date.
e) Successful Tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract for a period of one(01) year from the date of sigining contract.
