* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
During Submission of Tender, The following documents should be provided-
General experience: - The tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. For more details please see Tender Data sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC).
Specific experience:- The tenderer shall have minimum specific experience in Supply of Engineering and Other Equipment to Techniccal School and College/ Polytechnic Institute/ Engineering college/University etc organizations of at least minimum BDT. 40,00,000/- (Fourty Lac Taka Only) of a single contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years. Notification of Award (NOA), work orders are not acceptable as specific experience. Any ongoing or unfinished supply agreement of Engineering and Other Equipment will not be accepted as specific experience.
Financial Capacity: - The minimum capacity of liquid assets i.e., working capital is BDT 38,00,000/- (Thirty Eight Lac Taka Only).
Others Instructions: -
The tenderer must also have Update Income Tax certificate with Paid Tax Paid Certificate for the year (2021-22), Updated Trade License (2021-22) and VAT/BIN Registration certificate.
Any false, forged and miss leading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender & Treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE.

Any tenderer failing to upload any required document been asked to do so in the TDS & PCC will not be accepted for evaluation
