Any Bangladeshi tenderer registered in the e-GP system having the following Minimum qualification criteria:

2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum TK. 4000000 (Forty lac Taka.) under a single or two contracts in the last 05(Five) years. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4000000 (Forty lac Taka.). (Supporting bank document(s) should be issued not more than 15 days before the date of submission.
4. Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
5. Equivalent specification/quality of goods not acceptable.
