প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works/Interior works/Beautification works/Decoration works/Modernization works with supplying and installing necessary related goods as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Modernization/Renovation/Interior/Construction of office building including interior works with supplying and installing necessary related goods of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature completed within the last 05 (Five) years, in a single contract in Government / SemiGovernment / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two crores) only.
The minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 6.00 (six) crores progress or completed under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 2,60,00,000.00 (Two crores sixty lac) only.
Must possess and submit attested copies of: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, iii) Up-to-date trade license, iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh, and v) Others required as TDS
