প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) Up to date Trade licence, Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate ABC & Supervisory License. ii) Tender submission letter (form e-PW2a must be filled up properly otherwise the Tender will be non-responsive iii) Tender Validity period is 90(Ninety) days. iv) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason. v) Bill will be paid after successful completion of works as per directions of tender schedule & contract. vi) VAT & Income Tax will be imposed as per valid Govt. circular. vii) The final bill will be paid after having successful completion Certificate from the requiring body. viii) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
X) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk.25.00 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW2a-3) in Original form. Certificate in support of liquid asset must be issued from the Bank within date of issuing and the date of submission of tender. It must be unconditional and in favor of the name of concerned work. xi) The minimum specific experience Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number of deep tube well and submersible water pump works of Tk. 35.00 Lakh in a single contract during last 5 (Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the works done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
