* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৮৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
During Submission of Tender, The following documents should be provided-
General experience: - The tenderer shall have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. For more details please see Tender Data sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC).
Specific experience:- The tenderer shall have minimum specific experience in supply of Other Monihory and etc. to Govt./ semi Govt./ autonomous or other organizations of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years. Notification of Award (NOA), work orders are not acceptable as specific experience. Any ongoing or unfinished supply agreement of Other Monihory , etc will not be accepted as specific experience.
Financial Capacity: - The minimum capacity of liquid assets i.e., working capital is BDT 160000/- (One Lac Sixty Thousand Taka Only).
Others Instructions: -
The tenderer must also have Update Income Tax certificate (2021-2022), Trade License (2021-2022) and VAT/BIN Registration certificate.
Any false, forged and miss leading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender & Treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE.
Authorization Letter with proper way.
Any tenderer failing to upload any required document been asked to do so in the TDS & PCC will not be accepted for evaluation.
