প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. As given in Eligibility of Tenderer, TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & other criterion mentioned in this tender.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets as per ITT 10.1 b & TDS of the Tenderer shall be Tk [40] lakh.
3. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [40] Lakh under [1(one)] of contract(s)  over a period of [05] years shall be required. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [40] Lakh over the last [05] years.

4. All Certificates/Completion certificates have to be issued by at least PE/Executive Engineer/euivalent officer according to PPR/CPTU standard format. Otherwise will not be accepted.
5. The Retention Money will be 10%  & Performance security will be 5% to 25% as per  ppr 2008.
6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 40 Lakh
