প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Tenderer should submitted at least 01 solar energy supported tubewell completion cirtificate otherwise the tender would be declared non responsive without satisfactory clarification.
2. Tenderer should submit 3 years free service assurance certificate otherwise tenderer should be non responsive.
3. It is to be noted that quoting of boring rate should be increased proportionally according to the depth of well otherwise the tender would be declared non responsive without satisfactory clarification.
4. For abnormal or unjustified price quotation the tenderer may lead to be declared ineligible as per section 98/23/a of PPR 2008.
5.Without containing PE's Memo & Name Work Order Amount,completed amount ,Completion Date, Official ref no./memo ,e-Mail(if Possible)Experience Certificate/Payment Certificate will be disregarded for evaluation process.
6. Bank Statement must be within Publishing date of Tender or Credit facility must be in PW3-7 form otherwise the Tender would be consider Non -Responsive.
7.Other condition will remain same as per TDS.
