* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer have to submit the following documents otherwise will be disqualified:
a) Valid e-TIN Certificate, Latest Income Tax Certificate, Vat Certificate, Chemical Trade License.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of water treatment chemicals in any power plant(s) amounting not less than BDT 80,00,000.00( Taka Eighty Lac only) in the last 05(Five) years under maximum 02(two) contracts.
c) Tenderer must have Acid License.
d) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years experience in the supply of water treatment related chemicals in Government/ Semi-government / Autonomous organization.
e) Bank solvency certificate of BDT 80,00,000.00( Taka Eighty Lac only).
f) Tenderer must submit 1 kg/L sample of Sodium Hypochlorite, PAC, Scale Inhibitor, Antiscalant, Reductant, HCl, NaOH, NH4OH, Tri Sodium Phosphate  each in suitable jar/Bottle as mentioned specification in tender document.
g) Tenderer must submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segment as perchaser wants.
 h) Tenderer must submit a written commitment that, they are committed to supply goods at point of delivery in their own cost.
