Tenderer with following qualification are eligile for this tender:
1. 3 (Three) years of general experience with experience of working in coastal region of Bangladesh and office at Cox's Bazar.
2. Experience of working as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in works of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology worth Tk 4.20 Crore in one contract within last 5 years.
3. Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.00 (Eight) Crore over the last 5 (Five) years.
4. Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 (Three) Crore.
