প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be 3 (three) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature building construction work successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 14.00 lakh.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 30.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 25.00 lakh.
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 18.00 lakh only.
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d) Up-to-date Electrical license.
e) Up-to-date enlistment of PWD.
