1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Repair, Maintenance and support service of IP Telephony Solution (Call Center) with related hardware and software as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Repair, Maintenance and support service of IP Telephony Solution (Call Center) at least one(1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last three(3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Ten (10) lac.
3. Other eligibility criteria are specified the tender document.
