দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,৬০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of General experience.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods at least One (01) contract successfully completed under Bangladesh Power Development Board [BPDB] sector within the last three (3) years, with a value of at least Tk.4.00 [Four] Lakh in a single contract. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Document submitted along with the tender).
c) The Tenderers shall have to submit minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be TK. 6.00 [Six] Lakh.
d) The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate and tax acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR with TIN .
e) The tenderers must have to submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
f) The tenderers must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.
g) The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
h) Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime of contractor and the contractor is liable for it.
i) The supplied goods (color and others specification) will be according to the approved sample of BPDB.
j) The contractor has to supply the dresses as per color and individual measurement of individual persons by the PE.
k) One year replacement guarantee of any product which used in this goods and related service.
l) The specified LOGO and name will be as per sample.
NB: if the above mentioned documents are not submitted, the tender will be rejected.
