* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 3250000 BDT
2. The minimum supply value of Equipment/Machineries under a single contract in the last five years is Tk. 7800000 BDT in any Government, Semi Government and Automatons Organization in Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual turnover i.e. total certified work done certificate from public institutes received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be grater then Tk-14300000 BDTover the last 5 years
4.Upto date Trade License, VAT registration, TIN certificate., Bank Solvency Certificate
5.a) Manufacturer’s Authorization letter has to be submitted from Ariel Lift Manufacturer as per format .
b) Warranty Certificate as per requirement by the manufacturer/ supplier as per requirement.
c) Original manufacture’s Catalogue, Brochures etc. with sufficient documentary information of the goods. Catalogue and Brochure should be in English with tenderer’s signature.
d) Compliance of specification as per section-7 by the manufacturer.
e) Valid ISO or equivalent Certificate of the Manufacturer. (If any)
f) Manufacturer’s declaration on minimum 5 years lifetime of Ariel Lift.
6.The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3(three) years’ experience of Equipment/Machineries Supply in Gov./Semi Gov./ Automatons Organization of Bangladesh.
7. Employer or its authorized representatives (at least 3 person of related Engineer) will attend pre-shipment inspection of the Goods as required and issue pre-shipment certificate, all related cost including travelling, boarding and lodging shall be borne by the supplier within the quoted cost of the goods.
