দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৬০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a)General Experience:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of:
1) For Supplier : Five (05) years’ experience in the Supply of Electrical Goods/Equipment. In this connection, supply record,certificates for supply of those equipment shall have to be submitted by the tenderer. 
2) For Manufacturer: Ten (10) years of production record for minimum 132kV or higher rating disconnectors in manufacturer's proposed factory. In this connection, supply record in the manufacturer’s letterhead pad for 132kV or higher rating disconnectors have to be submitted, mentioning the contract references, delivery date etc. This supply record shall be duly signed by the manufacturer's authorized representative.
b)Specific Experience:
The Tenderer shall have :

1) The satisfactory completion of supply of 33KV or higher voltage substation equipment and related services of minimum BDT 20,00,00,000.00 ( Taka Twenty crore) under maximum three (03) contracts in Govt/Semi govt/ Autonomous/Public limited electricity company of Bangladesh and atleast one of them shall be of satisfactory completion of supply of 132KV or higher voltage substation equipment and related services of minimum BDT 9,00,00,000.00 ( Taka Nine crore ) in the last five (05) of years in Govt/Semi govt/ Autonomous/Public limited electricity company of Bangladesh. In this regard, copy of the contract agreement,  Price Schedule, completion certificates mentioning starting and completion of the contract shall be submitted. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.) .If the price mentioned in the price schedule is in different currency other than taka, converted price in BDT must be given with the documents.
