প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid trade license, TIN Certificate.
2. Tenderer must submit similar nature work certificate,annual construction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate.
3. Payment will be made after availability of fund.
4. Any individual Tender/Bangladeshi Tenderer(s)/firm(s) who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria stipulated in the Tender Document PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.
5. Tenderer must submit line of credit certificate in PW3-7 prescribed format which is to be uploaded in section 8.
6. The tender must comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB in connection with dredging work.
7. All the information,clarification and documents submitted by the tenderer must comply with declaration given.
8. Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the major construction equpments, in full working order (required documents must be submitted).
9. The alignment of dredging may be shifted and volume of work may be changed as per field condition(Direction and Volume of river flow, Development of land along the river etc.) before on during implementation of work.
10. Dredged material disposal management regulations are uploaded in Particular Specifications (Section 8) of contract.
