* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 03 (Three) years.
(b) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 03 (Three) financial years of Tk. 550.00 (Five Hundred and Fifty) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(c) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) Lac in the form PW3A-7 (Failing to submit in PW3A-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
d) Special Terms & Conditions for this project must be followed by the tenderer as described in the respective section of the Tender documents
(e) Minimum 65 out of 80 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified. Marking criteria are uploaded in the Section-8: Particular Specifications of tender documents.
f)The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Attested copy of documents mentioned in sl. No. i, ii, iii &iv are to be submitted.
